Caring for your health

We are registered by the CQC and cater for elderly people who are in need of care and attention, similar to that which would be given by a caring relative in their own home; but we provide it 24 hours a day. We are committed to providing a quality service to our tight knit community and only recruit people who share our values and our determination to deliver this promise.

Minor illnesses are normally cared for in the home and we have immediate access to the local GP’s and the district nursing team if required. In more serious cases however, residents may be referred to hospital for treatment.

The chiropodist and hairdresser visit us regularly and the fees you pay include these services. The only extras are for newspapers, private telephone bills and personal toiletries.

Respite care, convalescence and short stay holidays are also on offer at Westcliffe Care Home if we have any rooms available. We are based in Radcliffe on Trent, Nottinghamshire.
