Active Mind and Body

A wide range of activities, and entertainers are available to all our residents; to keep the mind and body in good order. We believe it is one of the most important things we do.

Our well-being officer organises regular activities: including flower arranging; armchair aerobics; reflexology, scrabble & cards mornings; reminiscence newspapers; gardening; ; accompanied walks to the wonderful local park or just a simple one on one chat. Residents enjoy regular music/entertainment and a beautiful garden with plenty of wildlife to look at.

A free shopping service is available or residents may choose to be taken into town and accompanied while they shop.
